Terms of use

1. Adult account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your Apple sign-in, device access, family invitations, and information entered under your account. Daisy is not a child-directed service.

2. Educational scope—not medical care

Daisy provides general parenting, developmental, wellness, and organizational information. It is not a clinician, medical device, developmental screening tool, diagnosis, treatment plan, medication guide, or emergency service. Development varies and a phase is not a prediction or deadline. Ask a qualified clinician about health, feeding, sleep-safety, behavioral, or developmental concerns. Contact local emergency services if anyone may be in immediate danger.

3. Ask Daisy

AI responses can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Do not use Ask Daisy to calculate medication doses, decide whether to stop treatment, diagnose a condition, or delay urgent evaluation. Rate limits and safety holds may apply. Safety feedback may be reviewed to improve the service but does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

4. Family sharing

Only invite adults authorized to access the child’s information. Family owners manage membership. Shared adults may add or see records according to their role. If family authority or custody is disputed, stop sharing and seek appropriate legal guidance; Daisy cannot decide who has legal authority.

5. Circle community

You keep ownership of content you post and give Daisy a limited worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and moderate it solely to operate and improve the community. Do not post child photos, precise locations, medical records, contact details, illegal material, harassment, hate, sexual content, exploitation, dangerous instructions, medical misinformation, or spam. Daisy may hold, remove, preserve, or report content and may suspend accounts to protect people or comply with law.

6. Purchases

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Apple shows the exact price, period, renewal terms, and any eligible offer before purchase; manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. A one-time core-access purchase covers the core Daisy features described on Apple’s purchase screen for the supported life of the service. It is not a promise that every future paid feature, recurring AI capacity, third-party service, or live community service is included. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade safety or rate controls, scrape or resell content, reverse engineer protected systems, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, exploit children, or use Daisy to violate law or another person’s rights.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Daisy may update content and safety controls when evidence, law, platform requirements, or product risks change. Approved editorial versions retain an audit record even when superseded.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy is provided “as is” and without guarantees of a particular developmental, parenting, sleep, health, or community outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to the amount paid for Daisy in the preceding 12 months, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Daisy and delete the account. Daisy may restrict an account for material or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, or legal requirements. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

11. Disputes and governing rules

Applicable consumer law and the law governing the App Store seller apply. The final seller jurisdiction and any required dispute language will be disclosed before public release; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
