Delete in Daisy
- Open Daisy and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Daisy account.
- Read the data and subscription notice, type the required confirmation, and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
The authentication account, profile, memberships, child profiles owned only by the account, device registrations, notification preferences, and ordinary community content are deleted or de-identified according to the account’s role and legal obligations. Daisy version one has no readable Ask Daisy history to delete. Shared-family records may remain for another authorized adult, with the deleted account removed as an active member.
Family-owner safeguard
Daisy does not silently delete or transfer a shared household. Before deleting an owner account, the owner must transfer ownership to an existing adult parent or remove other active adults. Previously downloaded information on another adult’s device cannot be recalled.
Narrow exceptions
Daisy may retain limited verified transaction, moderation, fraud-prevention, safety, and legal records when required. Approved editorial records signed by a staff editor are preserved as an integrity audit and are not treated as ordinary personal account content; an editorial account must be reassigned before deletion.
Apple subscription
Deleting the Daisy account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Daisy.
Can’t access the app?
Contact support from the same email or Apple relay address associated with the account. Daisy may request limited verification before processing a deletion request and will not ask for an Apple password or verification code.
Daisy is in pre-launch development. The public support address must be supplied and activated before TestFlight or public release; no support request is accepted by this preview site yet.
